A Funny Feeling

I opened the door and took a step in and felt my shoes stick to the floor. The air was thick and rancid with the stench of urine, sweat, and rotting earth that surrounds the openings at the floor. A leaf covered sun roof allows the smallest amount of light trickle in. The burst of light flooding in from the open door sent the cock-roaches scurrying to their hide outs.
